How to Order Online Click on a category name to go shopping or use our search page to locate products. --We have lots of useful information on this site to help you determine what you need. --The loading process is sometimes slow, please be patient. --Click on the Product Name for more information & sizes. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will see the item name, quantity & price. You may change the quantity here, on the cart page. When you've got all your stuff, click the "CheckOut"button. --Since you're a new customer, you're asked for your name, address, & email information. --Then you'll be asked for your credit card information. This is a secure web site, registered with VeriSign. --Once you click "Continue" on the credit card page, you'll see a complete invoice with estimated shipping charges. --Each order includes a $2.50 handling fee. The shipping rates are estimated for UPS ground service to your zip code. Special circumstances, such as direct shipping, live bugs, over-size package may make it necessary for us to contact you before shipping. Here on the "Invoice" page you may print a copy of your order. When you click this final "Confirm", your order is placed. --We will send you an email confirmation of your order. --We never give out your name, address or email address to anyone. If you choose to send your credit card information off-line, (fax or phone only -- do NOT email), we will hold your order for a maximum of 5 days until we receive your payment information.
